At this time I am not in network with any insurance companies directly.

 The Lactation Network is an organization I have contracted with to bill certain insurance companies directly. This means that once approved by TLN, you can schedule your home or office visits with me at. If you have Aetna PPO, United PPO, Multi-Plan Logos, VA CCN, Sutter Health, Velocity PPO, PNAO, Meritain, and First Health you are likely to be approved! I encourage you to click the button below to request confirmation of coverage, as most, but not all plans participate.​

 If you are not approved by TLN you may book a Self Pay visit​. Superbills may be issued upon request. If you work for Google your visit may be reimbursed

The Affordable Care Act ensures access to breastfeeding support, supplies, and counseling. Lactation consultation services by an out of network provider may be covered by your insurance. I am able to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier upon request. They may offer reimbursement for a portion of the service fee. Insurance coverage varies greatly and I cannot guarantee reimbursement.
