 The Lactation Network is an organization I have contracted with to bill certain insurance companies directly. This means that once approved by TLN, you can schedule your home or office visits with me at no cost to you. If you have Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield PPO, Anthem BCBS, PPO, Cigna PPO, United PPO, Multi-Plan Logos, VA CCN, and Humana, you are likely to be approved! I encourage you to click the button below to request confirmation of coverage, as most, but not all plans participate.

The Affordable Care Act ensures access to breastfeeding support, supplies, and counseling. Lactation consultation services by an out of network provider may be covered by your insurance. I am able to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier upon request. They may offer reimbursement for a portion of the service fee. Insurance coverage varies greatly and I cannot guarantee reimbursement.
